RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day no-quibble return policy FOR THE ITEMS THAT WE SEND OUT, which means you have 14 days after receiving your SHIPPED INSTRUMENT to request a return. 
 


To be eligible for a return, your guitar must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if in the unlikely situation the guitar is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will not accept any returns if modifications or adjustments have been made to our guitars. Our guitars have been professionally appraised and worked on and any further work beyond ours invalidates any possibility of return. If you wish for any work to be done due to a suspected issue with an item you have purchased from us , it will need to be done by an accredited VAT registered workshop or guitar store, with our prior consent.

 

Refunds 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We cannot be held accountable for any banking or credit card delays.
